Do you need professional liability insurance?

Professional Liability - Errors and Ommissions coverage is not provided on a Commercial General Liability or Business Owners Policy unless by endorsement for selected classifications.  This coverage protects you against financial losses from lawsuits filed against you by your clients holding you responsible for errors, or the failure of your work performed as promised in your contract or expected services.

Coverage includes - no matter if the allegations are baseless; coverage to include legal defense costs, any resulting judgements against you up to the limits of your policy.
